Suspect interviewed after pub violence left man with broken hip

A SUSPECT has been identified in an investigation into violence at the Half Moon Pub in Rugby which left a man with a broken hip.

A 62-year-old man from Rugby volunteered himself to be interviewed by officers in connection with the incident, which took place at around 5.30pm on Wednesday February 13.

The victim, a 56-year-old man, was taken to hospital with a broken hip following the incident.

Enquiries are ongoing. Anyone with information is urged to call police on 101 quoting incident 327 of February 13, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
