Alzheimer’s Society is committed to spending at least £150 million over the next decade on dementia research to improve care and quality of life for people today while powering on the hunt for a cure for tomorrow.
The society has invested £5.6 million in three Centres of Excellence across the UK, and as a founder of the UK Dementia Research Institute (DRI), its £50million investment will power discoveries to prevent, treat and care for people with all types of dementia, as well as helping understand how to keep the brain healthy.
