AN 82-YEAR-OLD man charged with murder is set to appear at Warwick Crown Court tomorrow (Friday).
Ronald Mowbray, of Allendale Crescent, Studley, was arrested after police were called to the property where an 80-year-old woman was found dead on Monday.
He appeared at Warwickshire Magistrates’ Court in Leamington on Wednesday morning where he was detained in custody until his appearance tomorrow.
While formal identification is yet to take place, the victim is believed to be Ann Mowbray. Her relation to Mr Mowbray has not been reported.
Her next of kin has been informed and they are being supported by specially trained officers.
