This is now an 8.5-mile off-road race which starts at Waseley Hills High School and Sixth Form Centre and runs over the dual carriageway and into the Rubery housing estate.

It then heads up over the Waseley Hills with a lap of the area before finishing back at the school.

Due to the recent rainfall, the course was very muddy in parts but former B&R runner Simon Lanckham rose to the challenge to cross the line first in 55.45.
